Rune Library
There is a player-run public rune library, located in Serpent's Hold. It has most of the major areas of the shard marked, along with quests and treasure map locations.
It is owned by the NEW Player Guild. All Players are welcome to use this rune library.
Quest Info and Marks
The Rune Library is a great place to visit. There are information books, wiki links and quests marked in runebooks for you on the shelves!
You can just read the Custom Quests info on the wiki for each quest, and follow the clues or just visit the runebook and jump directly to the locations

Treasure Map Locations
The majority of Treasure Map Locations have been marked by players in Yellow and White rune books and are conveniently located on the North shelves in the rune library
