The "Headless Horseman" event is a highly anticipated, seasonal event featured on UO Evolution during their massive Halloween and Autumn celebrations. During this event, the normally quiet surface cemetery right outside the Yew Crypts is transformed into a major battleground.

There is a small town built around the Felucca Yew Crypts called "Sleepy Hallows" full of undead creatures...

The Summoning

Unlike static dungeon monsters, the Headless Horseman functions as an Event Boss / Mini-Champ. He is typically spawned either manually by the Game Masters (GMs) during scheduled community events or automatically via a special event script triggered during October.

Location

The event takes place right on the surface of the Yew Cemetery (just outside the crypt buildings). The open layout allows multiple players and their custom pets to converge on the area.

The Fight

The Headless Horseman on UO Evolution is customized to fit the shard's high-stat meta. He has significant health pools, high damage resistance, and frequently utilizes custom area-of-effect (AoE) fire or unholy magic attacks to combat large groups of tamed beasts.

Rewards

Head of the "Headless Horseman: Used at the custom Reward Vendor Stone at the Yew Crypt entrance. Use the head to buy rare house add-ons, unique clothing, and high-end gear.

Jack-O'-Lantern Head: Special event-only decorative items, sometimes bearing the year of the event or custom names.
