Witches’ Apprentice (The Hag’s Assistant)
Quest giver: Grizelda
Starting Point: South East of the Grove of Love
Quest Reward: Grizelda’s Hangover Cure (awarded if drunk), Magical Moonfire Brew, gain in sacrifice, A Caldron, Gold, Level 1-4 Treasure Map, Reagents, Magical item
Talk to the Witch and she will send you in search of her apprentice who has run off with a stolen recipe. Follow the road west toward Yew; when you find a charred corpse, open the corpse. Return to Grizelda for further instructions.
She will send you off in search of Zeefzorpul. To find Zeefzorpul you will have to slay some Imps- who will eventually tell you of the location of Zeefzorpul. When enough Imps have been slain you will receive a map, to his location and a flute to draw him out. * Imps can be found across the land, Hythloth and around several Ilshenar moongates.
When you receive the map, find the location where Zeefzorpul is located. Head to the location and play the flute to reveal him. Once revealed he will return the stolen recipe.
Return to the Witch.
Grizelda’s will then ask you to retrieve the ingredients for the recipe. She will ask for three random items:
- Monbat Wing,
- Rat Tails,
- Chicken Gizzards,
- Rabbits Foot,
- Sheep livers,
- Deer Hearts,
- Toad Legs,
- Slime Ooze,
- Lizard Tongues,
- Spirit Essence (kill specters & ghouls),
- Bones (dig from graves),
- Freshly cut red mushroom,
- 1 swamp water,
- Captain Blackhearts Whiskey (The Pirates Plunder in Buccaneers Den and talk to Captain Blackheart),
- 1 Star Chart(Purchase a spyglass from a shipwright and use it to obtain the chart. If you are told it is not dark enough, you must wait until 5pm game time)
Once you have all the ingredients she requested, return to the Witch and receive your reward.
