Start: Mine anywhere to get the toxic ore
Where: Take 1000 Toxic Ingots to the Mining Shop in Minoc
Quest Reward: Choose the Runic Tool Key or any item on the Toxic Vendor Stone

The local Wizard's Guild has been dumping poison and potions into our river system and the waste has now leaked into the surrounding mountains causing ore to become toxic in the mines.

Make sure your skill in mining is 120+ and high enough to get toxic ore

This quest is an easy mining quest, simply mine and collect toxic ore. When you have enough, convert the toxic or into 1000 Toxic Ingots and turn them in at the Mining Shop in Minoc. There is Toxic ore cart/vendor stone in the shop. You can select the runic storage key as reward for your help with the toxic clean-up.
