Serial Killer Quest

The Infamous 13 — Serial Killer Hunt

The Infamous 13 is a Collection Quest exclusive to UO Evolution in which players hunt down thirteen of history's and fiction's most notorious killers, collect a unique trophy item from each corpse, and return the completed collection to a redemption NPC for a rare grand prize.

The quest has no formal activation — players simply speak to Detective Holt to receive their collection box and begin hunting. Each killer is a boss-level encounter designed to be challenging to a solo player and comfortable for a small group. The prize is limited to one per account per year, making it one of the rarest rewards on the shard.

How To Begin

Step 1 — Find Detective Holt

Detective Holt, the collection box

Detective Holt (the Case File Keeper) is located at the Yew Prison. Double-click him or speak keywords such as killer, quest, infamous, or hunt within 5 tiles to open conversation.

Holt will brief you on the quest and offer you the Killer Collection Box — a special metal chest (Item ID 16142) that holds your trophy items. You may only hold one box at a time. If you lose your box, return to Holt for a replacement, but any trophies already placed inside will be lost with it.

Do not lose your collection box. Trophies placed inside are stored there and cannot be recovered if the box is lost or deleted

Step 2 — Hunt the 13 Killers

Each of the 13 killers spawns somewhere in Sosaria. Every killer drops a unique, named trophy item from their corpse — 100% guaranteed — that can be placed into your collection box. Kill the killer, loot the trophy, place it in your box.

You may complete the hunts in any order. The collection box tracks your progress and displays it in the item property tooltip: «Progress: 7/13 trophies inside.»

Step 3 — Fill the Box

Place all 13 trophy items inside the Killer Collection Box. The box properties will update to show «THE SET IS COMPLETE — FIND THE WARDEN!» when all 13 unique trophies are confirmed present.

Double-click your collection box at any time to see your current progress count. The Warden's gump shows a full checklist of which trophies you have and which you are still missing

Step 4 — Redeem With The Warden

The Warden, Redemption

Bring the completed collection box to The Warden (Keeper of the Infamous Records). Double-click him to open the redemption gump, which shows a ✓/✗ checklist for all 13 trophies. When the collection is confirmed complete and your account is eligible, the Redeem button appears.

Clicking Redeem:

  • Permanently destroys the collection box and all trophies inside
  • Records the claim date against your account
  • Delivers the Infamous 13 Trophy Blade to your backpack
  • Broadcasts a server-wide announcement

The Quest NPCs

Detective Holt

Detective Holt, the Case File Keeper

Detective Holt is located at the Yew Prison. He is an invulnerable, stationary NPC dressed in a dark detective's suit with grey-streaked hair and a goatee.

Speech keywords:

  • quest / killer / infamous / hunt / serial — overview briefing
  • how / help / where — mechanics explanation
  • list / who / names — lists all 13 target names

Double-clicking him opens a full quest introduction gump listing all 13 targets, the rules, your current account eligibility status, and a "Begin Hunt" button that delivers the collection box.

If you have already claimed the prize within the last 11 months, the Begin Hunt button is replaced with a cooldown message showing when you are next eligible

The Warden

The Warden, Keeper of the Infamous Records

The Warden is the redemption NPC. He is located near Detective Holt, down the hallway toward the prison, sitting at a desk. He is dressed in an all-black formal uniform with a dark cloak and white hair.

Speech keywords:

  • redeem / prize / complete / box / full / collection — opens the redemption gump
  • prize / reward / what — describes the grand prize

The Warden's gump shows:

  • A ✓/✗ checklist for each of the 13 trophies
  • Your current account prize status (eligible or on cooldown)
  • The grand prize description and properties
  • The Redeem button (only visible when all conditions are met)

The 13 Killers

All 13 killers are boss-level humanoid creatures using Body 0x190 (Human Male) except Chucky, who uses a unique small creature body. All gear worn by each killer is flagged Gear_Temporary and deletes on death — it cannot be looted.

Poison Resistance 35 – 50%
Energy Resistance 30 – 45%
Fame 15,000

1. Jeffrey Dahmer

Jeffrey Dahmer, the Milwaukee Cannibal

Title: the Cannibal

Lore: The real-life Milwaukee cannibal who murdered and dismembered 17 young men between 1978 and 1991. In Sosaria he appears as a soft-spoken, unremarkable man in an apron — which makes him considerably more unnerving than if he shouted.

Appearance: Human male. Blonde hair. White shirt, dark leather apron, dark trousers.

Weapon: Dahmer's Kitchen Cleaver (Axe variant, 0x966 hue, WeaponDamage +30, HitLeechHits 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special Deadly Poison on hit (30% chance)
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Dahmer's Trophy Jar

Iconic Phrases:

  • «I should have gone to college and had a family and been normal.»
  • «I couldn't find any way other than to keep them with me.»
  • «I was completely swept along with my own compulsion.»

Strategy: Straightforward melee fight. The 30% Deadly Poison chance is the primary threat — keep Cure potions readily available. Poison-immune characters have a significant advantage.

2. John Wayne Gacy

John Wayne Gacy, Pogo the Clown

Title: Pogo the Clown

Lore: Convicted of 33 murders in Illinois during the 1970s, Gacy performed as Pogo the Clown at community events. In Sosaria he arrives in full clown regalia — bright red and gold — which is both his costume and his camouflage.

Appearance: Human male. Red clown hair. Red shirt, gold pants, red cloak, red boots.

Weapon: Gacy's Burial Shovel (WeaponDamage +25, HitLowerDefend 30%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special None
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Gacy's Clown Nose

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Clowns can get away with murder.»
  • «I should never have been convicted of anything!»
  • «*honks an invisible horn with disturbing cheerfulness*»

Strategy: The most straightforward of the 13. No special abilities. His Shovel applies HitLowerDefend which reduces your ability to parry — parry-heavy builds should compensate with additional armor.

3. Jack the Ripper

Jack the Ripper, the Whitechapel Murderer

Title: the Whitechapel Murderer

Lore: The unidentified killer of at least five women in London's Whitechapel district in 1888. One of history's most researched unsolved cases. In Sosaria he appears as an impeccably dressed Victorian gentleman — top hat, black cloak, gloves — moving through the fog with surgical precision.

Appearance: Human male. Black hair and goatee. White shirt, black pants, black cloak, black thigh boots, top hat (leather cap).

Weapon: Jack's Whitechapel Knife (Kryss, WeaponDamage +35, WeaponSpeed +25, AttackChance +15, HitLeechHits 30%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special Greater Poison on hit (20% chance)
Fight Mode Weakest (targets lowest HP first)
AI Melee / Weakest
Trophy Drop Jack the Ripper's Dear Boss Letter

Iconic Phrases:

  • «I am down on whores and shant quit ripping them.»
  • «Grand work the last job was. I gave the lady no time to squeal.»
  • «My knife's so nice and sharp I want to get to work right away.»

Strategy: The Ripper targets the lowest HP member of your group. Healers and mages should maintain distance or risk being focused. His FightMode.Weakest makes him significantly more dangerous in group fights — keep all party members healed above 50%.

4. Dr. Hannibal Lecter

Dr. Hannibal Lecter, the Cannibal

Title: the Cannibal

Lore: Thomas Harris's brilliant former psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. Widely considered one of the most sophisticated villains in fiction. In Sosaria he dresses immaculately and speaks with academic precision — right up until he doesn't.

Appearance: Human male. Black swept-back hair. White shirt, black trousers, surgical coat (black cloak), black shoes.

Weapon: Lecter's Bone Carver (Kryss, gold hue, WeaponDamage +30, HitLeechMana 25%, HitDispel 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 6,000 – 9,000
Intelligence 300 – 450
Mana 1,000 – 1,500
Fame 18,000
Special Auto-Dispel (dismisses summoned pets on contact)
AI Mage (casts full Magery spells)
Trophy Drop Lecter's Chianti Cork

Iconic Phrases:

  • «I do wish we could chat longer, but I'm having an old friend for dinner.»
  • «Rudeness is an epidemic. I simply... cure it.»
  • «A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.»
  • «You use Evyan skin cream. And sometimes you wear L'Air du Temps.»

Strategy: Lecter is the first mage encounter among the 13. His Auto-Dispel makes pet builds unreliable — summoned creatures are dismissed on contact. He casts Flamestrike, Energy Bolt, and Paralyze. Interrupt his casting with Mana Drain or high physical DPS. His HitLeechMana can drain your mana significantly if you let him hit you repeatedly.

5. Norman Bates

Norman Bates, the Innkeeper

Title: the Innkeeper

Lore: Robert Bloch's creation, immortalised by Alfred Hitchcock. The split-personality motel owner who becomes his own deceased mother when the psychological pressure becomes too great. In Sosaria he arrives dressed as Mother — grey wig, grey dress, kitchen knife.

Appearance: Human male. Long grey hair (Mother's wig). Grey fancy dress, black shoes.

Weapon: Mother's Kitchen Knife (Kryss, WeaponDamage +25, WeaponSpeed +30, HitLeechHits 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special None
Skills Fencing (not Swords — he uses a knife)
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Mother's Wig

Iconic Phrases:

  • «A boy's best friend is his mother.»
  • «She just goes a little mad sometimes. We all go a little mad sometimes.»
  • «Mother! Oh, God, Mother! Blood! Blood!»
  • «*speaks in a falsetto* Norman! What have you done?!»

Strategy: Straightforward melee encounter. His high WeaponSpeed makes him attack quickly — keep your HP above 50% to survive burst sequences. No elemental damage or special abilities. The trophy drop (Mother's Wig) is one of the most visually distinctive items in the collection.

6. John Doe

John Doe, the Apostle of Sin

Title: the Apostle of Sin

Lore: The methodical antagonist of Se7en who constructs elaborate murders around the seven deadly sins. In Sosaria he carries his 2,000-page manuscript and uses it as the source of his power — a spellcasting killer who has turned his obsessive documentation into a weapon.

Appearance: Human male. Dark hair. Dark shirt, dark pants, dark boots.

Weapon: Doe's Manuscript Staff (GnarledStaff, SpellDamage +20, CastSpeed +1, WeaponDamage +20)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,500 – 8,000
Intelligence 250 – 350
Mana 800 – 1,200
Special Full Necromancy + Magery (AI_NecroMage)
AI NecroMage (Necromancy + Magery spells)
Trophy Drop Doe's Sin Manuscript

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Ernest Hemingway once wrote: the world is a fine place and worth fighting for. I agree with the second part.»
  • «Gluttony. Greed. Sloth. Pride. Lust. Envy. And WRATH.»
  • «What I've done is going to be puzzled over and studied for years.»
  • «Wanting people to listen, you can't just tap them on the shoulder anymore.»

Strategy: John Doe is the most dangerous spellcaster among the 13. NecroMage AI gives him access to Wither, Strangle, and Animate Dead alongside standard Magery spells. Prioritise interrupting his spellcasting. High Magic Resistance reduces his spell damage significantly. Keep Cure potions for Strangle and be prepared to deal with any animated undead he raises.

7. Dexter Morgan

Dexter Morgan, the Blood Spatter Analyst

Title: the Blood Spatter Analyst

Lore: The forensic blood spatter analyst who operates as a vigilante under a strict moral code, targeting only other killers. In Sosaria — surrounded by murderers — his code makes him uniquely dangerous: he has 12 legitimate targets and a professional interest in their blood spatter patterns.

Appearance: Human male. Dark brown hair. White shirt, dark pants, dark shoes, forensics coat (white cloak).

Weapon: Dexter's Kill Tool (Kryss, WeaponDamage +30, WeaponSpeed +35, AttackChance +20, HitLeechHits 25%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special None
Fight Mode Evil (only attacks negative karma players and aggressors)
AI Melee / Evil
Trophy Drop Dexter's Blood Slide

Iconic Phrases:

  • «My name is Dexter. Dexter Morgan. I don't know what made me the way I am.»
  • «My dark passenger is hungry. And you... qualify.»
  • «I'm a very neat monster.»
  • «Harry was right. I need a code. You clearly don't have one.»

Important: Dexter uses FightMode.Evil — he will only attack players with negative karma or those who attack him first. Good karma players can walk past him safely. Attack him to trigger combat regardless of karma

Strategy: The FightMode.Evil makes Dexter unique — murderers and players with negative karma are his preferred targets. Good karma players must initiate combat. He is a fast melee fighter with high AttackChance. Parry is less effective against him than high physical resistance.

8. Michael Myers

Michael Myers, the Shape

Title: the Murderer!

Lore: The silent, masked manifestation of pure inexplicable evil from Halloween (1978). In Sosaria he walks. He simply walks. And he always finds you.

Appearance: Human male. White mask (white leather cap). Blue-grey coveralls (shirt and pants), black boots.

Weapon: Michael's Kitchen Knife (Kryss, WeaponDamage +45, HitLeechHits 35%, HitLowerDefend 25%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 8,000 – 12,000 (significantly above base)
Strength Above base (near-superhuman)
Physical Resistance 70 – 80%
Fame 20,000
Virtual Armor 65
AI Berserk (never retreats, never stops)
Special — Bard Immune Cannot be provoked, calmed, or discorded
Special — Bleed Immune Cannot be bled
Fight Mode Closest
Sounds Silent — no anger, idle, or hurt sounds
Trophy Drop Michael's Mask Shard

Iconic Phrases:

  • «*stares at you in absolute silence*»
  • «*tilts head slightly*»
  • «*takes a slow step forward*»
  • «I met him fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left. No reason, no conscience.»

Michael Myers is the tankiest of the 13. His 70–80% physical resistance, 8,000–12,000 HP, Berserk AI, and complete Bard immunity make him a formidable encounter for solo players. Use elemental damage — fire, cold, or energy weapons and spells significantly outperform physical attacks against him. He makes no sounds during combat. The silence is intentional and deeply unnerving

Strategy: Bring a group or use elemental damage. His physical resistance means standard melee does minimal damage. Fire or cold spells are the most effective approach. He cannot be pacified, provoked, or discorded — bard builds have no utility here. He never retreats. If you run, he follows at walking pace indefinitely.

9. Freddy Krueger

Freddy Krueger, the Dream Demon

Title: the Dream Demon

Lore: The supernatural killer who targets teenagers within their dreams, rendering his victims helpless in their sleep. Freddy Krueger brings dream-fire to Sosaria — a combination of charred flesh, bladed glove, and fire breath that follows players wherever they go.

Appearance: Human male. Burnt skin tone (hue 0x461). Red and green striped shirt (red fancy shirt), dark pants, dark boots, brown fedora (leather cap).

Weapon: Krueger's Razor Glove (Axe variant, WeaponDamage +40, HitFireball 25%, HitFireArea 20%, HitLeechHits 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 7,000 – 10,000
Melee Damage 18 – 32
Fame 18,000
Special — Fire Breath Yes — 100% Fire, 12–18 second cooldown
Fire Resistance 90 – 100% (near immune to fire)
Special — Poison on Hit Regular Poison, 15% chance
AI Mage (casts fire spells)
Trophy Drop Freddy's Glove Blade

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Welcome to my nightmare!»
  • «How sweet! Fresh meat!»
  • «One, two, Freddy's coming for you. Three, four, better lock your door.»
  • «Every town has an Elm Street!»

Do not use fire damage against Freddy Krueger. He has 90–100% fire resistance — the highest of any killer on the list. His Razor Glove weapon specifically triggers HitFireball and HitFireArea on hits. Use cold or energy damage. Mages should favour Ice Strike and Lightning over Flamestrike

Strategy: His fire breath fires every 12–18 seconds at range — spread out to avoid catching multiple party members in the area burst. His Mage AI means he will also cast fire spells in addition to the breath. Cold and energy damage are the recommended approach. Keep Cure potions for the Regular Poison proc on melee hits.

10. Ghostface

Ghostface, from Woodsboro

Title: from Woodsboro

Lore: The shared mantle used by multiple killers across the Scream franchise, relying on horror movie trivia, psychological games, and satirical tropes. In Sosaria, Ghostface arrives without a specific identity — only the costume, the phone, and the questions.

Appearance: Human male. Full white and black ghost costume (white shirt, white pants, black cloak, white shoes, white ghostface mask).

Weapon: Ghostface's Hunting Knife (Kryss, WeaponDamage +30, WeaponSpeed +30, AttackChance +15, HitLeechHits 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special None
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Ghostface's Phone

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Do you like scary movies?»
  • «What's your favourite scary movie?»
  • «You hang up on me again, I'll gut you like a fish.»
  • «It's called a makeover. You should try it.»

Strategy: The most straightforward encounter after Gacy. No elemental damage, no special abilities, no unusual resistances. His hunting knife is fast (WeaponSpeed +30) — be prepared for rapid hit sequences. Physical resistance and high HP are the best defences. Ghostface is the ideal first target for players new to the quest.

11. Sweeney Todd

Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber

Title: the Demon Barber

Lore: Originating in 19th-century penny dreadfuls, the vengeful London barber dispatches victims in his barber chair and has them made into meat pies by Mrs. Lovett downstairs. In Sosaria he carries his prized Sheffield razors and his endless, operatic rage.

Appearance: Human male. Black hair, black goatee. White shirt, black pants, leather apron (dark hue), black boots.

Weapon: Todd's Straight Razor (Kryss, silver hue, WeaponDamage +35, WeaponSpeed +35, AttackChance +20, HitLeechHits 25%, HitLowerDefend 20%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 5,000 – 8,000 (base)
Special — Poison on Hit Greater Poison, 25% chance
Skills Fencing (not Swords — he uses a razor)
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Todd's Straight Razor

Iconic Phrases:

  • «These are my friends. See how they glimmer, fine friends that they are.»
  • «The history of the world, my pet, is learn forgiveness and take what you can get!»
  • «At last! My arm is complete again!»
  • «They all deserve to die!»

Strategy: His razor is extremely fast (WeaponSpeed +35) and his 25% Greater Poison proc is one of the higher rates among the 13. Cure potions are essential. His HitLowerDefend reduces your parry effectiveness — parry-heavy builds should compensate. Despite the operatic presentation he is a straightforward fencing encounter.

12. Patrick Bateman

Patrick Bateman, Vice President at Pierce & Pierce

Title: Vice President, Pierce & Pierce

Lore: Bret Easton Ellis's embodiment of the dark underside of 1980s Wall Street yuppie culture — a man so consumed by image, status, and the performance of normalcy that genuine connection has been replaced entirely by violence. In Sosaria he arrives in a Valentino raincoat, which he is clearly concerned about getting bloodstained.

Appearance: Human male. Dark perfectly-styled hair. White shirt, dark pants, dark shoes, white Valentino raincoat (white cloak).

Weapon: Bateman's Designer Axe (Axe, WeaponDamage +40, AttackChance +15, HitLowerDefend 30%, HitPhysicalArea 15%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 6,000 – 9,000
Strength 350 – 450
Melee Damage 18 – 30
Fame 16,000
Special None
AI Melee / Closest
Trophy Drop Bateman's Business Card

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Do you like Huey Lewis and the News? Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes.»
  • «I have to return some videotapes.»
  • «I'm into, uh, well, murders and executions, mostly.»
  • «I simply am not there.»

Strategy: Bateman is physically powerful (350–450 Strength) and his HitPhysicalArea creates a small area damage effect around the target. Spread out in group fights to minimise area damage. His HitLowerDefend 30% is the highest of any melee killer on the list — parry is largely ineffective. Compensate with physical resistance items.

13. Chucky — The Good Guy Doll

Chucky, the Good Guy Doll

Title: the Good Guy Doll

Lore: The soul of serial killer Charles Lee Ray, trapped in a Good Guy doll and attempting to transfer his consciousness into a human host. In Sosaria, Chucky has given up on the human host plan — there are better things to do with his time.

Appearance: Body 3 (small creature — the doll form), bright red hue (blood-soaked). Red shirt and blue pants (Good Guy colour scheme), white shoes. Red hair.

Weapon: Chucky's Killing Knife (Kryss, red hue, WeaponDamage +35, WeaponSpeed +40, AttackChance +25, HitLeechHits 30%)

Attribute Value
Hit Points 4,000 – 6,000 (lowest of the 13)
Strength 100 – 150 (lowest — he's a doll)
Dexterity 200 – 250 (highest — extremely fast)
Melee Damage 12 – 22 (lowest base damage)
Active Speed 0.1 (maximum — fastest creature speed)
Fame 12,000
Virtual Armor 35
Special — Poison on Hit Greater Poison, 30% chance
Special — Bard Immune Cannot be provoked, calmed, or discorded
Special — Bleed Immune Cannot be bled
AI Berserk (never retreats)
Fight Mode Closest
Trophy Drop Chucky's Good Guy Doll Box

Iconic Phrases:

  • «Don't F*** with the Chuck!»
  • «Hi, I'm Chucky! Wanna play?»
  • «I am Chucky, the killer doll! And I dig it!»
  • «You know what they say — you just can't keep a Good Guy down!»
  • «Ade due Damballa! Give me the power, I beg of you!»

Chucky moves at maximum possible creature speed. His Active Speed of 0.1 is near the fastest achievable in the game. He cannot outrun you indefinitely, but he catches up to kiting players very quickly. His 30% Greater Poison on hit and Berserk AI mean he never breaks off combat. Low HP means he dies faster than most killers — but you have to catch him first

Strategy: Chucky is the final and most chaotic encounter. His extreme speed, Berserk AI, Bard Immunity, and 30% Greater Poison make him disproportionately dangerous for his HP total. Fight him at range with spells or ranged weapons where possible. If melee, bring Cure potions and be prepared for constant poison re-application. He deals less raw damage than any other killer but the poison does the work for him.

The Trophy Items

Each killer drops exactly one unique trophy item on death, guaranteed 100% of the time. These items are not blessed — they can be lost on death and should be placed in the collection box or bank immediately after looting.

Prize Rules

  • One prize per account (not per character) per 11 months
  • The cooldown is tracked by the SerialKillerTrophyTracker — a persistent world object that saves across server restarts
  • If you are on cooldown, the Warden's gump displays the exact number of days remaining before you are eligible again
  • Claiming the prize destroys the collection box and all 13 trophies inside permanently
  • A server-wide announcement is broadcast when a player completes the collection

Tips and Advice

  • Do elemental damage against Michael Myers. His 70–80% physical resistance makes standard melee nearly useless. Fire, cold, or energy damage are mandatory.
  • Do NOT use fire damage against Freddy Krueger. He is 90–100% fire resistant. Use cold or energy.
  • Bring Cure potions for every fight. Dahmer (Deadly Poison 30%), Jack the Ripper (Greater Poison 20%), Sweeney Todd (Greater Poison 25%), and Chucky (Greater Poison 30%) all have meaningful poison proc rates.
  • Keep trophies in your box or bank between fights. Trophy items are not blessed and can be lost.
  • Bards are partially useful. Michael Myers, Chucky, and — to a lesser extent — Dexter cannot be affected by bard skills. The other 10 killers can be discorded, which significantly reduces their resistances and combat skills.
  • Auto-Dispel on Lecter. Summoner builds using elementals, blade spirits, or shadow wisps will find their pets dismissed immediately on contact with Dr. Lecter.
  • Dexter only attacks negative karma players. Good karma players must attack first to trigger combat. If your karma is positive, he will stand neutrally until you initiate.
  • Ghostface is the easiest starting point. No special abilities, standard resistances, base stats — a good confidence builder for new hunters.
  • The Warden's gump shows your checklist. Visit the Warden at any time to see exactly which trophies you have and which you are missing — without needing to count manually.

Trivia

  • The quest is designed so that no two killers share the same tactical challenge. Each encounter introduces a different mechanic: poison, mage AI, fight mode, bard immunity, fire breath, maximum speed, silence, or specific elemental vulnerability.
  • Michael Myers makes no sound at any point during the encounter — no anger sound, no hurt sound, no idle sound. This is intentional.
  • Dexter Morgan is the only killer who uses FightMode.Evil, making him the only one who will not initiate combat against a good karma player. This reflects his canonical code of only targeting killers.
  • Freddy Krueger's fire breath fires the dream-fire visual in a distinctive orange hue (0x489) — different from the standard dragon fire colour — reflecting that his fire comes from the dream world rather than elemental energy.
  • Chucky's body (Body 3) gives him a noticeably smaller appearance than the other 12 humanoid killers. He is also the fastest creature in the quest at Active Speed 0.1.
  • All 13 killers are flagged AlwaysMurderer — they will always appear red to all players regardless of karma alignment.
  • The collection box uses Item ID 16142 (a custom graphic) to distinguish it visually from standard containers.
  • The killer taunts are drawn from canonical source material: real quotes from court transcripts, films, television series, and novels as appropriate to each character.
