Objective: Seek out the "Keeper of Light" along the banks of New Haven City and kill it for the Light Enhancing Crystal
Reward: Travel Book Teleporter

I see you have come to help me with my dimming light!

I am unable to keep watch over this lighthouse and find the time to seek out more light enhancing crystals

There is a creature that carries these crystals. It is thought that it wanders along the banks, somewhere in New Haven. It was rumored to have been last seen next to a pile of bloody clothing where the air smelled of burning flesh! I worry what became of the poor soul that wore those clothes! We warned, the monster is elusive and deadly...

If you can bring me back a light enhancing crystal, I will reward you with a travel book.
