New Era for UO Evolution

The UO Evolution shard is going to take a new direction for the next few months.  I have decided to focus on all the players that have loyally supported this shard for the past 13 years!

We are going to do less new development and more player events, entertainment and advertising again.  We (Dante and Zoe) are going to take a more interactive role with the players on a daily basis as we did in the beginning when we created this shard.

I am also going to make a Councel of players and discuss the direction of the shard, make suggestions and help me keep an eye on "your" shard to avoid negative disruptions in the future.  If you would like to participate, contact Dante.

There are now some player positions that I will compensate with Evolution Dollars each month, based on your contributions, contact Dante to have an interview.

We had some players volunteer to revive the New Player Guild. Sailor Jerry and the staff have been welcoming players, but we need some help from veteran players to assure the new recruits actually stay! Everyone can help with this process, so please make them feel at home and help the New Guild!

I have just recruited a new GM Staff member specifically for deco requests, and she plans on starting part-time this week.  Her name is "Glory Daze" and has a lot of experience playing UO. She will be a great new addition to our staff.

I am also bringing back a personal friend that used to work with me in real life, to help with the Admin role.  "Valkyrie" is very trustworthy and friendly, so please welcome her to the shard.

Lastly, I have 2 part-time server-side coders to help me with some of the unfinished projects and clean up some code from the old "list"
