Hello all, I am a returning player from a while back. I am trying to get the cleric book by completing the vampire quest. I have been to all the blood trees but I have been unable to find any vengeful spirits, I even sat around one for about 45 minutes killing other mobs, but none spawned. Do I have to spawn them somehow? Or am I just incredibly unlucky?
