Go to Device Manager. ...

Expand the option Display adapters and locate the graphics device you have. ...
In Driver tab, choose the option Update Driver…
Then choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Wait for a couple of seconds for the latest driver Windows update could find to install for you.

Solution to fix OpenGL issues on Windows 10
Remove display drivers and reinstall the latest version.
