hello,
i'm finding quite a number of different gems while goldpanning. According to UOguide they are required for magical crafted weaponry and jewelery, and some for imbuing.
The stats on the magical crafted items are for OSI shards i reckon so making the crafts useless on this shard, and imbuing isn't active here - so the gems are pretty much just blingbling? or do they server another purpose on this shard?
