Custom key quests

wondering if the custom key quests are working or if im missing something.

i talk to the quest giver, they tell me their story and ask if i can help

i click OKAY and i get a message "you seem to be missing something, no?" for several of the quest givers. i try to go collect the items and they aren't there or can't be collected, like i didn't accept the quest.

Yes the quests all work.  Make sure you are using the UO Razor or UO Steam Client.  Many of the other clients dont understand or custom content.  You might read the ustom Quest section on the wiki
