Obviously it would be interesting to know the price for it.And a question: it is listed on wiki as a quest reward, but I, for the life of me, can't seem to figure out the quest whatsoever.
It is worth 2.5-3Mil and can be found as a loot from Agahnim. He's a custom mob that can be found in Fel and Ish.
