Unexpected Downtime
We encountered the same error we have been working on since Thanksgiving. We were unexpectedly forced to move to a new server by our current host and are trying to work through all the incompatable hardware/software/driver issues with our old code on their new equipment
...this is brutal for our shard tonight. We are receiving poor support from the host, driver incompatability and hardware issues. We have been working on the server remotely, but they are pushing us off until monday when they have techs to work on the hardware issue
It seems like it is so hard to get support over the weekend when something like this happens. Since I can't physically touch the server, I am currently at the mercy of the hosting company
I am looking at purchasing a new server, with a new host now, but it may take some time to set up the software and load the shard onto a new platform. We are doing our best to move fast, but it looks like there may be delays
Very sorry for the shard freezes and downtime. I will keep everyone informed as I get more info
