Chief Paroxysmus is a gigantic, grotesque ruler, rising from the underworld and returning to the surface bringing death, disease, disruption and disillusionment in his wake. His foul breath kills all flora and fauna in his path. His skin leaks poison, his heart is pure ice. Everything in his path is destroyed.
