Open up the <options> tab on your paperdoll, then click on the eye tab. This allows you to change the speech colors

Hue Room

There is a giant hue room where you can select a variety of colors for most items in game. You must earn or buy a hue room ticket to gain entry. Make sure you take all the items you want to color, the tickets are a one use pass. There are also dye tubs earned through various methods (tasks, bods, quests)
