The Admiral's Hat is a powerful item you can earn from doing the Pirate Champion Spawn. The item originally drops randomly with one, two or three combat skills. You then can add the various "Captain's Doubloons" to add more skill points to the max level as seen in the screenshot
There is a rare "Admiral Hook's Hat" that can be earned during "Pirate Month" every September. It can also be obtained from donation or auction.
