UO Steam has a built-in healing function. You can basically set it and UO Steam will automatically use bandages to heal you...and does it pretty much independently of other macros
Friend Healing
UOSteam Tip: There is a very useful feature called "friends" in the options tab, add players to your list, or enable party heal to automatically start healing whoever is on that list standing next to you. You can also select "self only" for those solo ventures
