You can't trade quest items, since they have your name on them

  Yeah, quests started pooping up all over--points at Morsax and Domino-- and the items to complete the turn in items are account bound.

  Each quest item--needed for turn in--now displays its name, weight, owner, and current amount in the stack. To stack like quest items, simply double click one and target another. Turning in the quest only takes what is required from the stack, but these items must be in your backpack, not in your bank. (unless they changed it, while I was away for a couple months)

 In the end, you can usually sell the turn in reward, but not the individual pieces.
