Just curious if you can give me an idea of the value of these rings. I'm pretty unsure.

Honestly the only one that someone might give you gold for is the ring with 15 taming. And even that one isn't worth much because jewelry with one skill at 15 is not very rare. Jewelry starts getting into the big bucks when you get multiple skills above 10 with maybe some other desirable stats thrown in. if that ring had vet, lore, and taming plus a couple int points or faster casting then you could sell it for a lot. Stuff like this usually goes into my token bag or on the ground at Brit bank. Not trying to sound mean, please forgive me if that is how it comes across.

Bracelet1 and Ring2 are in the 25 to 50k range. (best price would be 20k) But do understand you would be selling those to new players trying to build up to veteran status.

Ring1 is worth 100 to 175k-- in my opinion-- because I usually see items like that going for 10k a point in taming, plus the +3 FCR is nothing to scoff at. (best price would be 125k) But do understand you would be selling to players just over the veteran hump, looking to tame-- and maintain-- higher level pets.

The first image is something that I would not loot, not because it is not a "good" ring, it is just not desirable on this shard.  It is so easy to hit DCI, DMI and SDI cap here, and many other options for the bracelet slot.

The second image is a ring that I would hold on to, and if not use for myself, place on my vendor for around 50-100k, if it had been the taming alone, I would have priced it at a flat 10k, but because of the FCR and additional useful skill, I would try to ask for a little more.  Again, FCR is something that is easily achieved.  (slapped on a vendor for 100k, waited for a week, drop the price 50%)

Finally third ring, again, I would not have looted it.  Much like the 1st, it's not that it's "bad", by OSI standards both those pieces would be GREAT, and that Dex is nice, it's just not offering skill bonuses.
