Resources are a bit difficult to price as it depends on supply quite a bit.  a good rule of thumb is that 1000 Platinum/Frostwood is 100ED from staff, so lower level resources would be more plentiful and therefore less valuable.  I would say work on a scale similar to this


1k Electrum  ~8mil (20% reduction)
1k Ice ~7mil (30% reduction, Possibly higher as this metal is used commonly in Reptile Slayer weapons)
1k Toxic ~5-6mil (Toxic is used less in crafting and is more common than the higher two)


This is however a best guess sort of scenario, so take it with a grain of salt.




For the power scrolls, Crafting 120s are quite difficult to come by as the champ that spawns them is a random champ and drops 4 scrolls rather than 6.  and the rate of 120s seems lower than normal champs (This may be confirmation bias tied to the fact that other champs drop 6 scrolls)


For the Mining and Lumberjacking scrolls if you can find them expect to pay anywhere from 2-4mil.


Anatomy Tactics and Resist are more common but still sought after.  Tactics will probably be around 2-2.5 mil, anatomy and resist between 1-2 mil.
