That ring can go as high as 20 mil on servers with skillcap. But it's value on Evolution is lower. Maybe not desirable as gear, it is a component of the peerless quest. I've seen offers as high as 6 mil for the Dreadhorn lasso. Think it drops at a higher rate, so somewhere in the between 1 - 6 mil seems appropriate.
