so i see people wear all these great talisman im wearing the bloodwood spirit i havent found anything but cooking or crafting bonuses on them from doing quests so what i asking is do good talis drop in game or is it event or dony only and can someone please give me an idea what to kill to find something better pls

Pretty much all the craft skill bonus talismans are from doing the heartwood quests. The really good talismans come from special events, difficult quests, or the grand auctions and donation. I believe on one of the donation tiers is a mystery talisman chest that will give a random higher level tali.  I recommend checking out the museum and looking at the stats on the various talismans and see what you want, then find a player to sell it to you.   :-)
