"Greater Dragon" Cloak means it is a Swords one as I know. Also, changing the main skill for greater dragon cloaks (into an archery/tac/anat version for example) can only be done if you donate, I am not 100% sure though.

Might I lend a little help in this issue... 

 Our good friend Morsax would suggest getting the Swords Dragon Cloak... and supplying your Bow--ranged weapon-- with the 'Use Best Weapon' effect. This is sound advice if you are unable, or unwilling, to donate for the specific cloak.

Well, we all know the most popular skill being stacked by dexxers is swords. That makes the swords gear hard to find and also expensive. That's why some people stack other skills, makes sense until you aim for the highest weapon skill (which is only possible for magery&swords, due to special artifacts giving bonus to these 2 skills). Basically, if you stack any other weapon skill than swords, you might not be able to reach the same level maybe. But you will be able to have mid-end gear, way more easier :)
