I have decided to take a break from the shard for awhile so I am parting with both of my beloved homes, one is located in Malas just West of Umbra and the other is located on an island in Trammel. I will consider ED or Gold or a combination of the two. Don't be afraid to offer what you can - I would rather let them go for far less than I have invested in them, then chance that I won't return and they get dropped and pillaged. I put a ton of time and money into building them. I will be accepting offers all week, I will hop on at least once a day to check my messages and update message boards.

Malas Home
Three joined 18*18's located on the road West of Umbra. A very short run from the Western Umbra City bridge. Home is fully customized and decorated - very pretty - won second place in Spring Deco Contest. There are some containers with assorted things inside them but the best stuff can be seen throughout the house. Lots of Donation deco items, some hard to find. You can leave an offer on the message board or private message ASANI - I am taking offers all week. Home was built 05/22/2014, I am the original owner and have held the spot since before the big server reset. It is a nice location, facing the road. Trammel Island Home
Four joined 18*18's located in Trammel. [/size]Home is built on the water, it is a donation-only location.[/size]There is a custom bridge across three small islands onto the main island where the home is built. Home is fully customized and decorated, also very pretty. Home includes a custom swimming pool and tiki bar deck that I won in the spring deco contest. There is also an adorable six horse stable and lovely gazebo and rose waterfall. I spent HOURS working on this home and spent lots of RL $$ creating it. It would be a gorgeous vendor mall. The home is also loaded with a ton of stuff, including over 20 personal dye tubs, a partially started rune library and a world teleporter. I have placed free runes on vendors located in the Trinsic and Luna City public vendor shops as well as on my vendor at the NEW Vendor Mall located on the gate.
