Its name is "Tool Box", it looks like the very old tinker tool set, a color of orange-brown & can be found in the Tinker shop behind BB(Brit Bank), sadly it costs 1 mil gold. but! Kane revised the VS (vendorstones) recently, perhaps he also included it elsewhere (usually all are in Brits zone) with a different currency used.
