I'm just curious as to what the greater dragons are that have the graphic of an ostard on steroids. I have one I got from the NEW guild and love it but its a lil low on max level and would like to find a lev 30 to tame but I'm not sure if these mini gdragons actually spawn somewhere or if they are produced thru bio engineering or something else.

But where do they come from? I much prefer the smaller graphic, while I just tamed a pirty nice lev 30 gdragon (normal size), I`d much rather tame one of those Ostardish Gdragons =) Are they wild somewhere I can tame them? Or are they from bio engineering or something like that?

32 views. Got to be one of you that can tell me weather these critters spawn somewhere or if they are bio engineered? I read all the bio stuff but it doesn`t say what pets can be made thru that. I am assuming they are from bio eng. but I would like to know for sure so I`m not wastin my time canvassing the map lookin for them..... or working a skill that maybe doesn`t produce them?

It seems they do spawn somewhere in Jurasic Park and are not related to bio engineering.


The hunt begins!

What you are looking for is the Tyranasaurus that is located in Jurasic Park.  There are two versions that spawn there.  The greater dragon version looks similar to a Frenzied Ostard.


Be careful in there though.  The Velociraptor is extremely dangerous.


Some times it is better to use a boat to access this area, as it allows access to the back areas that you would normally have to fight to get into.  I have a couple of runes to different areas around Jurasic Park so I can launch a boat to where I need to go, as there is a Puzzle Chest that sometimes spawns in there.

I have read this post a few times, trying to understand what mob your actually looking for, Im still not 100% sure, but Ill toss this in:


Evo made their frenzied ostards look like raptors on steroids, graphically. They sound the same for the aggressive sound, but dont make the frenzied passive, cooing sound (my words). If you are looking for these, just roam around T2A(the zone where Delucia & Papua are in) & tame/hunt there. Players use them for pack hunting because of their pack instinct bonus & because you can control 5-10(once youve opened up your control slots to max).


Your use of "small Gdragon" is what throws me. They dont look like a Gdragon to me.  I didnt know anything in the Jurasic Park was tamable, but that was released during my absence & I have only done a cursory explore of the area.

Thankyou both for the replies. Since this post I have found out where they are and someone in the new guild explained to me about the t-rex and what ones are tamable and to give that raptor a wide birth! haha.


Sagemoon, yes they are Greater Dragons but in a smaller skin pretty close to Ostard size. Sorry for my confusionary  description! All I could think of when I saw them is "Ostard on Steroids" lol. I luv the T-rex Gdragons because they don`t cover half your screen when your out hunting and you can see everything else around you including yourself.

Hey Sagemoon,


If you are in game ATM, I can give you a couple that I have stored in a chest at my house.  They are the 3 slot versions.  The greater Dragon version does not all ways spawn as a tameable though, so your Tamer may have to spend some time killing off the ones that are not tameable.
