Did you read the how to connect section of the wiki? Most players have trouble with step 5, which is pointing the client to the patch

Step 5 - Point client to shard
Open Razor or AssistUO and set the shard server to play.uoevolution.com and the port to 2593
Next, use the browse button to point to the UOEvolution custom client folder that was created by the auto installer. It usually is found in the C: > Games > UOEvolution Custom Client
If you cant figure it out, contact Dante in game or in Teamspeak to help you install it
