so my login is jacked up.

im attempting to use razor as UOS kept saying Either

OpenGL .... something error

the new one with compatibility settings was UOS.dll not found

so trying to use steam, i get to the login, i get to the character, i try to enter, the window stays the same size, and does not advance forward
