Since the staff continues to just cancel any page they don't feel like answering. I guess I will see if anyone else knows. The Wax crafting Wiki states to craft a "Candle of love" calls for a (Direct quote from Wiki) "...Essence of Love, which you can spawn wherever you want..." Never heard of this, nor any method to acquire it. Anyone else come across this? I have seen the Candles proper in the Sin Dungeon creepy Mansion. But no "Essence of Love"....

I'm not sure why you continuously put down the staff privately and in public, but it's getting old. 

The staff volunteers to help players and to manage the shard, but are not here for your abuse...you should treat them with respect rather than criticize them every chance you get

First the staff  never just "cancels any page they don't feel like answering"  That is a very offensive statement and inaccurate.

The way you ask the question will most likely dictate what type of  response you get.  FYI the staff does not have to deal with you or answer any questions.  We do take the time to look up information or answer questions, hundreds of times a day.  Sometimes we don't know the exact answer without some research, you just need to be patient and we will get back to you


Did you ever think to google it? Ask players? Experiment?

Next time, before you page Staff...do these things first

As you all have noticed we have doubled our population over the past few months and it is difficult to keep up with all of the pages that can easily be answered by other ways rather than directing all questions at staff

Before you send a page, follow all of these steps:

1. Read the wiki for all custom information, help guides and shard details

2. Read the forums - post game suggestions or general game related questions there
www.uoevolution.com/forum

3. Use common sense, and try to figure it out, it's a game - go explore!

4. Ask players in game, use [c to chat

5. Ask players in discord or teamspeak for info

6. Google it!  www.google.com

7. Use the www.uoguide.com and www.stratics.com for general ultima game info

8. Send a general help page to get help from the GM online

If you do all of these steps, you most likely will never have to page again
