Brigands & Human Severed Ears

Hello, I have been trying to get 30 Human Severed Ears for my Spellweaving quest it is the final part of the quest to get the book! I have been killing all types of Brigands across Britannia and Malas and the ML locations and none of them drop the Human Severed Ears! What's wrong with this? Could this just be that it was not scripted in for them to drop them?

From the wiki http://uoevolution.com/wiki/index.php/Skills_Explained: Spellweaving is not implemented here

We DO have spellweaving here!
The quest for spellweaving starts at the quest castle

Although, it is explained as a custom spell here http://uoevolution.com/wiki/index.php/Custom_Spells

So I am unsure if that might be a reason for lack of ears?

Its so easy for blues to get the quest I am red and therefore can only use the Sanctuary Quest that gives the Spellweaving. I am on the very last part and all I need is Human Severed Ears 30 of them in Fel.

I find human ears from killing the Druids for reagents at times.

  Not sure reds can go to Ilshenar, but that's where I get them, from the amazons.

Wonder if people would pay for bags of these.  And if so how much per bag, since they only have a chance of dropping when you kill a brigand, I have not gotten any from the Druids that I hunt for their reagents though.
