It has been sometime since I last logged in. I have everything current as far as client, steam. etc....but at the point of selecting my existing character I am faced with an "fatal error" message and steam and everything shuts down. I know steam works for me cause I can log into other shards. So I am led to believe maybe my account as been locked or whatnot. If a staff member could PM me for my account details to hopefully unlock my account so I can log back in it would be appriciated. Thank you :)

Send Dante a private message with your account info and let me know if you need me to change your password.  Make sure you read the "how to connect" section of the wiki or get into teamspeak and have staff talk you through the issues
