There are many animals you can tame that need very high tame/lore. the aincient fire steed is one. on the wiki you can see the MINIMUM tame skill needed. but to control you need animal lore. as an example I have 120 base lore and use 2 +15 jewelry items as well as socketed items. my animal lore is over 200 and I STILL get disobeyed on occasion. so the closer to the (minimum) animal lore the faster they will go unhappy . Remember everytime they DISOBEY an order, they drop one level of happiness.
