Hi ! So, my situation is this: I wiped my laptop clean and redownloaded UOE. When I logged into my account it it kept saying there were issues. So, my dad got onto his computer at his house and logged into my account from his computer to make sure it wasn't my account and that it was just the client. He was able to log in fine so he told me to try again on my end. When I logged into my account it shows up as a new account now !! By him logging into my account from his house on his IP, did UOE switch my account onto his IP and now I can't log into it
