Upcoming upstream maintenance early 7/9

One of our upstream providers, Cogent, has told us that they will be performing maintenance on our circuit between midnight and 4am CDT on the morning of Friday, July 9. They say that there may be "two brief interruptions of service" during the maintenance window, but the downtime may be longer, and there may be other latency or packet loss during the window, as well.
