We are currently investigating an issue with our Chicago PoP that seems to be breaking connectivity for most clients.

Update @ 3:48pm CDT: It appears that both of our routers at this location are repeatedly rebooting. We are investigating why at this time, but it likely relates to an OS issue combined with some sort of attack. We are working to update the routers.

Update @ 4:57pm CDT: The routers both restarted again, causing an interruption in connectivity. We are continuing to work continuously on how this can be resolved.

Update @ 7:21pm CDT: Our main router is running a new software version, and both it and the secondary router have been stable since our last update. We are continuing to monitor.

INAP appears to have just made a routing mistake that caused some customers to experience another interruption a short while ago. This was not related to the previous router problems.
