We had fatal errors with the townhome system last night. We worked on this issue for about 10 hours and were not able to come up with a solution or a save without corrupt data. We did look at options of a full revert, but the issue was larger than just going back a few saves.

The good news is we were able to freeze all of your items inside your townhomes so a gm can unfreeze them and let you recover all of your items.

Im always sad to not be able to overcome a scripting issue or cause any disruptions to the players, but this was unavoidable. Please page a gm when you log in to recover your items. Players that donated for a unique townhome will be refunded. Again sorry for the disruptions

Thanks
Dante

Please keep in mind that you will not lose your items, they are simply in a "frozen" state and can be retrieved if you page for GM assistance.

To elaborate a little more on Dante's above post the reason we had to unload the town house system is that there were multiple corrupt town homes in existence and they were not allowing our saving procedure to finish - thus causing a crash on EVERY save since yesterday. Originally upon first inspection myself and dante were able to develop a solution as to not have to remove the town house system, however this fix was not implemented as smoothly as first thought and therefore we were required simply to just remove the entire town house system for the sake of shard stability.

You'll notice that save times are back to normal (if not faster) and the shard should be MUCH more stable for the near and foreseeable future.

We really appreciate your support as we continue to develop new shard updates and hope to continue to provide a stable and secure playing environment for everyone.

Thanks.
