The patcher is nearing the end of what I refer to as a Proof of Concept.  Lets be honest it is the first patcher I have ever coded and wanted to do some things I have not seen anyone else do, so for that alone was needing time to just write some code and explore what can be accomplished.  If all goes well I think by the end of the next week I should have a complete working proof of concept and then will recode it into production.

Patching Data Updated:  Improved the data being passed to the patcher
Account Creation Updated:  Flag to suspend new accounts from being created
Global Chat Updated:  Allows staff to enforce a restriction that an account must be x old before can use chat.  This is normally set for 0 (meaning no restrictions but in case we get a dweeb)
Corpse Updated:  New code only works for players and excludes monsters.
Deco Deeds Added:  31 new items from Sayla and Wikanne (Don’t think I missed anything just odd the numbers were the same. If I did I am sure I will get yelled at soon enough)
