The Tokuno facet is the event area, kill anything on the facet gives you a chance of getting a firecracker. Everytime you kill something and do not get a firecracker, the chance of getting one the next time increases until you do get one and then it starts over at 0.
The object is to collect as many as possible because they are used to purchase items from the Monthly Quest Room, prices will be set in a few days after I get a feel for the drop rate.
