Just some heads up as to what to expect in the coming month.  There is going to be a complete recoding of how Parry/Bushido work and at the same time how Eval Int effects damage of spells.  Looking to unleash the first of the new Epic Monsters so this would be a good time to make friends.  Finally next month's event (Hint: Cooking for mom).

Where can we see these Shame Ironforge items? They are not at the museum.


The items are on display in a small room next to the entry of the auction hall

This slot machine is a horrid thing,  it has completely collapsed the market for cloth and level deeds. I may be forced to lay-off several vendors.  I may be forced to start gold panning to replace the lost income.

is this a joke or does gold panning actually provide a decent source of gold?

Sorry if it is a silly question, but someone told me gold panning was worth doing but i do not know if they were joking or not! (hazard of being new i guess).

Gold panning can make you very rich;  You would need to invest in a high fishing suit (200+); need to invest time to find all and mark the large nugget locations.  Need to find a source for gold pans.   If you can get the set up done correctly gold panning is a wealth creator.

What is the purpose of the Mage chest?  Deco, item storage, or something else I am unaware of?


  I wonder because it looks kewl, but has only 100 stones worth of storage. So, I conclude it will be decoration of some sorts in which we can store some things.

I disagree with you Thunder. For the first time in months the price of Magic Cloth Deeds and Weapon Level Deeds is returning to normal. I think the slot machine is absolutely amazing. It also gives new players a chance to make a half way decent weapon. :) So hats off to Kane for making something fun :)

I was really just poking Kane a bit,  I am not worried about be short on gold any time soon; the flood of items will recede and prices stabilize (though not as high as they were).  I am happy to see a method of monetizing our EVO coins.

I also think that this will lower the cost of weapon level deeds a bit which will be excellent for the influx of new players we have been seeing lately. Getting a leveled weapon is one of the key things for brand new players to take their play to the next level and at 200k per level that seemed a bit rough. Overall I like the addition. I would like to suggest maybe making the range a few more tiles maybe? Sort of like the voting stones. As it is now people huddle around the thing like crack addicts.

  one for lumber

  However, I'd suggest different ways to play... Ecoins gold and tokens... ED's maybe...
