Shard Crash Update - Week 1

Well we had a rough week, but the staff did great and the players all were awesome to work with!  I want to thank everyone for being calm, cool and collected while we rebuild.

This task seems to get bigger each day and more work to do, so please continue to be patient, we literally are working around the clock.

We delivered vet bags, stats, houses and made over 300+ accounts this week

We fixed several crash issues last night

We have now serviced about half of the accounts and are still working hard to get to everyone.  The process is taking longer than expected and I know many are frustrated by the wait.  I assure you we are doing our best.

We are receiving 100's of pages which is slowing us down atm.  Please only page if u need an acct, stats, house or the vet bag.

If you have received your items/ED, please keep pages to a minimum, we are getting hit with tons of ED, custom mods, deco, housing and other requests that we cannot do atm until we get to all the players who lost accts.

If you do need to make a page be very detailed and specific, for ex. "I need 5 sockets on my blue xyx sword in my hand, the 250 ed is in my pack"

Please do not send pages like "I need help", "am I next", "what happened", "I need an item"

Make an acct and get a book asap.  Write your top 10 items you lost and your donation name if you get an ED refund

Wait for a gm to come around, no need to page at this point, we have a master list and are working through it.  Try to stay logged in, we are trying to get to online players first.

We value each player and are committed to spending time with each of you to address any issues with your acct.  We are initially delivering the items and will be back around after we look up your donation info.

After we get everyone settled, we will get with some of the players that need additional support with housing, deco and any other issues that remain

We will be adding the Luna vendor area back tonight and some of the basic infrastructure

I'm planning on doing several auctions, house drops, champ marathons and a lot of events that will distribute some of the rare items that were lost

We were able to get the shard saves back down to 6-7 seconds!
