An attack against a customer in our Chicago data center caused a few minutes of packet loss starting at approximately 1:05am CST for a subset of our users, due to one of Internap's upstreams being saturated (which was, in turn, partially because the upstream was not honoring the null-route that we put in place).
The attack was mitigated and we are working with Internap to fix the provider problem.
