Potion of stealing recipe : [+20 skill] (stacks with gear bonuses) [Duration: ({Alchemy Skill Divided by 10} X5 minutes)]
A quest that sends you to an NPC house, warehouse, or dungeon in the world and asks you to snoop containers until you find X amount of items... then report back for a reward.
A quest that asks you to steal from NPC's (like lord British) and bring an item back... could be a long list of NPC's with the end reward being a chance at a: Thief's Token {think talisman}, an everlasting Lock-pick, some thief deco, a Thief related title, or something else that's fun.
All in all, there are so many cities, without any thieves... what a shame. (laughs)
If tthieves quests were added, they should be daily quests, with several NPC's... perhaps with a progression chain. Do X amount of quests and now Thief Y will give you tasks; do X amount of quests for Thief Y and now Thief Z will give you jobs to do.
