The staff here is great.  I have only been on the shard a few hours and there has already been a staff-run quest with prizes and they are well in touch with the players.  The overall feel of things is great, especially since you get quite a bit as a start-up package when joining.  Really helps the "noobies" catch up to speed a bit.  Looking forward to playing here
