I got this idea from another site,but we could have a chat box or a chat link that connects to game so lets say you are at work and you wanna sell something or buy something. But you cant download the game on your work computer 
. So you just jump on to the website and your chat goes in game for every body to see and they can get on the website and message you back. Or maybe when the servers down players can still talk? Just food for thought.
We already have this, its called IRC
