I realize i am not a vet of this server and i may anger a few with this post. that out of the way


tokens - the token system doesn't need a down grade by any means players should be encouraged to work together and tokens is a way to do that. Who wants to play on a server were you are all alone and there is no community besides  tokens are blown by the millions to have a slight chance at a plus 10 begging shirt(will get to skill clothing). i realize that some people are getting free token from being in a party and sitting at the bank if you don't condone this then don't let someone do it in your own party. 
second if this is changed let me put my two cents in the only way i see that could be viably changed   you have to be in the same facet as the other members in the party to receive tokens period. that's all. should you get 50000 tokens for killing a boss in trammel NO. why you may ask well one its tram no risk !! (i could go on and on)


pvp - does it need to be balanced yes. are Mages OP NO!! are dexers OP NO!! why am i saying this........ EVERYONE IS EVERYTHING ON THIS SHARD you have all skills ITS NOT OSI AND THATS WHY WE LOVE IT if you want mages vs dexers id suggest dont pvp because if you roll one way or the other only YOU will get rolled  BUILD YOUR SUIT WISELY if it doesn't work try something else.
secondly lets worry about things that break pvp and make it not fun for everyone like the smite thing( great full for the hot fix) but there is a list of things like that that are currently in game that need addressing. and yes everyone will be using them till there fixed. you cant give someone and easy button and expect them not to use it. hang in there and give them time to fix it don't quit because so and so owned you with an exploit find a way to mitigate it till there is a fix.


so i see that token changes are already implemented today and it is Nerfed beyond my wildest dreams parties will no longer be happening why would they i would be at a loss for being in a party

You're on point with everyone is every class. The change to raise the DEX cap affects the bandaging speed of a "mage" as much as the bandaging speed of a "dexxer". It takes some thought to adjust a play style without ripple effects, especially on a no limits server.
