A few of the vendors/NPCs in Felucca Britain have had their appearances changed. Those in the tavern are mummies; the breeder and the bankers are changed as well. I like how this gives the area a very dark atmosphere. In my opinion, the west bank area in Britain is the gem of the Felucca facet.
Not exactly what you are suggesting, but it is a move in that direction.
