This one should be an easy fix.
I personally have no problem seeing people rewarded with tokens if they contributed damage, or perhaps healing, when out adventuring as a group/party.
If two strangers attack the same thing, the player who smacked it the most [I think] gets the looting rights, but both players get tokens and fame/karma.
This same principle should apply to so called token parties.
The fact that someone has/can/will one shot killed something, shouldn't provide the party with more then one share of tokens.
Example:
Single Orc = 10 tokens. [You are in a 5 person party]
John the party leader kills the Orc by himself with a Flame Strike spell; happens all the time.
Only John should get the tokens, since no one else contributed in the fight. If you think other wise, then you are saying, to me, that adding more members to the hunting party, makes that single Orc more valuable.
[From 10 to 50 tokens; 10 for each member of the party]
This makes no sense to me, and is probably why Kane has plans to change this.
I am with Meta and Kane on this one... Token parties should be reworked, though not stopped all-together.
Those who contribute should be rewarded, the rest will just have a story to tell about John the party leader.
