Hello,
you guys wanted a list of things needing to be fixed.
1) Ninja Death strike. It is a direct damage like an Armor ignore not a physical damage. If a person has reflect physical on I should not take a 52 damage back compaired to the 35 damage I do.

2) Cyclone is suppose to do a stunning blow instead of dismount while mounted. Anyone mounted should not be able to dismount. The game mecanics where not ment for this unfair advantage in pvp. all weapons that dismount where ment to be done while on foot for a fair advantage.
infused throw-The projectile will be infused with energy by the attacker causing it to do more damage and stun or dismount the target.

3)parry/bushido/shield - Dexxor has no chance in the game at the moment because the formula is out of wack. If a toon has 120 parry 120 bushido 120 swords when hitting evade he should parry 85% of the time any spell or weapon attack for 5 seconds with a two handed weapon and 80% with 1 handed weapon. This does not work at all you get hit about 90 to 95% of the time which makes it very not fun. It is forcing to only play one way.
now with the super high 200 parry people have messes with the formula of weapon to parry. If a person has 200 parry and you have 150 swords for example with max hci and the person has max dci. you have a 0% chance of hitting them at 200 parry because of the math mechanics formula. their is no fairness in this.
Right now also the only way parry even works is with a shield because of the math in the game being messed up.

4) pets way over powered for pvp. Make pets not attack players or put them down to a manageable level for players to not be one shoted.

5Augments are ruining all the formulas of the game unfortunately.
 
6)Bring back some crafting by fixing the intensities of the toxic and plat hammers. Their only giving the intensities of maybe a val hammer.

Ok I am sure  I will add more to this as time goes on but this is a start. Anyone else want to add fixes please join in and add your ideas or fix. Of what it should be.

If pets can really 1 shot players that should probably be fixed other then that i don't see the pet's as being an issue there are plenty of ways to deal with them. Not being limited in skills have you tried using peacemaking? What about your own pets to counter there pets?

You would have to be in a peacemaking suit to peace the custom pets.
 
Fixxes -
 
Champ spawn timers - 24 hours [Would greatly appreciate the value of Powerscrolls]
 
Level Deeds - If they are cheaper than the vendor stones price in tokens. I see an issue with their rate of spawn.
 
Pets - Only problems are with the Spiders and Vollems[I am sure a fix is eminent.]
 
Lord British Pardons - Believe these existed at one point in time.  They would remove one long term murder from your current amount. Some people do not wish to have any murders.  Might help the blues stay blue.
 
Skill Caps - 170-180 Certain skills should be hard capped. Not all skills should have a cap. I believe Magic and Combat skills should have a cap. If you are still looking for the "balance".
 
Dex Cap - Raise the Dex Cap to 200.
 
Spike Shield - Reflects 200% Maybe a little much.

Raising DEX cap to 200 will never happen, Dante disabled the bandself command because people were healing too fast in his opinion, with 200 you could heal in half a second, 20 points shy of insta heal making you a god!
I agree that magic and melee skills should be capped but what should be that magic number? Hmmmm 170? Not sure
Pets cannot be nerfed because of PVP, all these pets were made for PVM, basicaly the whole balance issue comes from the fact that the core of the shard and all the scripts that were added are made for PVM shards, trying to fix anything to balance PVP would just end up unbalancing PVM.

Druid trees made you invincible. Bandages do not. 200Dex cap would work fine. I will have to agree to disagree with you.

Doesn't area peace ignore the ordinary rules for barding difficulty?


Also with the upcoming changes to pets maximum health i expect much greater flexibility in dealing with pet in pvp in the near future.

bandself needs to be added back in .. it doesn't let you heal any faster then everyone's healing scripts already do.. its just more convenient.
