This is probably something that can be fixed quite easily. Many of the items on the "stone vendors" doesn't have item description on them. For new players like myself it is very frustrating what they are, and when you ask in public channel during "off hours" (most people who are sleeping), you'd either get some good answers or no answer or some witty jokes. I attempted to page also and was on queue for several hours until I had to cancel and log off. I noticed on some stone vendors there are some item description on the description field but most of them on other stone vendors don't have any description on them at all. Why would I want to invest my gold or Evolution Dollars on things I have no idea what they do? eg. storage keys such as adventurer's boots, etc. I think this can be a quick fix to add some descriptions on that item and not make it more difficult to new players....at least make them consistent with the other stone vendors that do have description on the items.
Yes we will add more details and pay more attention to adding the descriptions
