hello,
When trying to gain - or alter stats (str, dex, int), i found that it works best when you have a skill that's 0.0 and work it up (uoguide mentions it works like that also).
Ofcourse, once you have virtualy all skills leveled up it becomes a pain to alter stats.

Would it be possible to have some way to redistribute the amount of stat points gained without actively using skill?

When better equipment comes available it's often necesary to - for instance - change out int to str etc.

thx

On Evolution, players can gain stats after a skill is maxed, whether that is at gm level, 105, 110...etc.  You can continue to work the skill to gain the stat associated with that skill.

Refer to this chart to find out which skills work the stats you are interested in raising.

The easiest way to gain stats doing just about anything.

Lock the stat that does not need to be changed

Turn one stat down to reduce and leave the other alone.

Now go do say lumberjacking and you WILL gain in the one stat that is open for a gain.

Meaning you can gain intel simply by lumberjacking.

How it works is the system does a check for str if its locked  it will add that gain to the next available stat.

Works like a charm.  No need to have any skill to zero. Or do things like tailoring to raise intel.

You can gain a str gain by using eval intel.

I will note* This only works if you have one stat locked, one stat to reduce and one stat open for gains.

i don't see a downside  to being able to redistribute stat points already earned. I would like to try out combinations, but fear the hours macro'ing to do so :)

perhaps limit it in time... like once a week or so... or with a scroll. heck even with ED if that makes sense.

"Max your stats to 300 points 100 ED"
It's not 100% clear on the donation list but I believe if you pay for this service you can pick your stats.

But honestly if your only adjusting stats in order to upgrade your armor I would just use the method Allestaria pointed out and go wither a few champs. It's surprisingly fast. I have over corrected my stats on multiple occasions because I didn't expect it to change so fast.

This package is only available to new players. It's not to be used a a method to adjust stats.

oh ok.. thanks for clearing that up. in addition to it being in the new player special it is also advertised under "Skills/Stats" section. but then again town houses and pet breeding are still advertised....
